ReSell Marketplace is a local marketplace app for adults that lets users create listings, upload item photos, search marketplace listings, search public profiles, favorite listings, message other users, and use safety tools such as reporting and blocking.
ReSell Marketplace does not process payments, provide escrow, guarantee item quality, verify every user, handle shipping, or mediate every transaction dispute. Users arrange transactions directly with each other at their own risk.
Listings, listing photos, profile information, profile photos, screenshots attached to reports, usernames, public profiles, favorites activity, and messages may involve user-generated content or user-submitted materials.
ReSell Marketplace may review and moderate content when needed to keep the platform safe, including hiding listings, restricting features, preserving moderation records, reviewing reports, limiting messaging, or disabling accounts. We aim to review and act on safety-related reports as quickly as reasonably possible, generally within 24 hours when practical.

ReSell Marketplace is for lawful person-to-person resale only. Do not list, request, message about, or facilitate anything illegal under federal, state, local, or other applicable law.
Prohibited categories include controlled substances, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit items, alcohol, tobacco/nicotine products, prescription medications, explicit sexual content, threats, harassment, scams, hate, exploitation, or content involving child safety concerns.

To show nearby listings and approximate distance, ReSell Marketplace may store private coordinates for distance calculations. The app is designed to display only an approximate City/State-style public location label and approximate distance where applicable, not exact coordinates.
Users can deny location permission and use custom/manual location options where available.
Users may upload listing photos, profile photos, or optional report evidence images. ReSell Marketplace currently stores and delivers uploaded images through Cloudflare R2. Older images may have previously used legacy providers such as Cloudinary.
Camera and photo access are used only when the user chooses to add or upload images.
Messaging is available for marketplace communication. ReSell Marketplace may send app-related notifications, such as message notifications or service updates, if the user allows notifications.
Messages may be reviewed when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, moderation, legal compliance, or support.
Version 2.0.0 includes public profiles, people search, marketplace search, listing favorites, public-profile listing sections, and improved marketplace browsing.
Users should not use these features to harass, stalk, scrape, spam, impersonate, or evade moderation.
Version 2.0.0 includes an official ReSell Marketplace update story/announcement area used for app updates and release information. This is not currently a general user-created story feature.

ReSell Marketplace is intended for adults 18+.
Users can delete their account in-app. When deleted, ReSell Marketplace removes, deletes, disables, or de-identifies core account content as described on the Account Deletion page.
Certain limited safety, abuse-prevention, legal, audit, and moderation records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
